Employment Outcomes Professional II (EOP-II)

Employment Outcomes Fundamentals (EOF)

This one-day program is delivered to professionals wanting to understand the basics driving successful job development. It is delivered to small or large audiences and is often used as large group training event.

 

EOF will be of interest to staff wanting to verify their past work and to rookies wanting a quick start on how it is done. EOF is priced at a set rate for the day regardless of the number of participants (up 150 people). EOF pricing tries to ensure cost is not an issue for participation.

 

Individual job developers will get on-site sales call coaching involving preparing for the call, making the employer call and debriefing after the call so they are succeeding with the skills taught.

Employment Outcomes Management Professional II (EOMP-II)

Two or three-day workshop for the job development manager or the job development team on enhancing management effectiveness in generating employment outcomes through better operational planning. 

 

Job development management skills for those supervising or managing activities to secure employment outcomes goals. EOMP II is the upgraded workshop from the pervious EOMP version. 

 

Facilitation - 2 or 3 days will fully detailed participants manual.

 

Three to five day process to teach management a process review system such that they can determine if current organizational structures are and will be able to generate the employment outcomes needed for existing and future caseloads.

Enhancing Employment Outcomes Systems
Change Consulting (EEO)

EEO is an approach to systems change that capitalizes on work and resources the organization already has in place by simplifying employment interventions to their fundamental elements.

 

These fundamental elements are job development capacity and candidate motivation to work. This focus and clarity enables management to maximimize efforts to produce the better results given capacity limits.

 

It also enables organizations to create the fundamental base on which all new innovation and development can be fostered.

A three day workshop for professionals assisting job seekers attain the personal motivation to go to work. This workshop provides tested and proven hands on motivation tools to asssit the case manager and vocational rehabilitation counsellor to ensure the right motivation intervention to best help the candidate for employment.

A twelve day program for women on social assistance that hones in on a personal commitment to change and the ‘insight’ that is required for these women to move their lives in some new direction.

An eight-week program designed for people who face chronic unemployment. These service users are not responding to traditional employment programming. They are de-motivated about working and/or are continually losing their jobs for poor reasons. Their negative behaviors and attitudes as well as their inability to learn from their mistakes is putting them at risk for long-term unemployment. Ready, Set, Go will change behaviors and build the motivation for working.

 

The price is $150,000 for a license which includes the training for up to 12 facilitators (with 10 days of intense training). The license allows unlimited delivery within the licensees catchment area. 

 

Pilot workshops are priced at $30,000 to train up to 12 facilitators (10 days of intense training) and $2500 per participant up to 10 participants in the pilot workshops.The $30,000 training fee for the facilitators will be deducted from the $150,000 license fee should a license be purchased.
