In the early 1990's, government began to demand accountability for outcomes. We could do better in fulfilling our mandate to assist people with disabilities to secure and maintain employment. It was at this time that we selected Allen Anderson and his company (EMP) to become our trainer for all of our Job Development and placement staff. EMP provided a top-notch program and we continue to use them because of the employment results and excellent staff feedback. Jamie McDermid
