Testimonials
We started working with Mr. Anderson to assist VR in developing a state wide direct placement process. Mr. Anderson's technique is something all staff can feel comfortable in using regardless of previous job development experience. It is great for the novice developer and gives some unique perspective to one who may already be a "good developer". Mr. Anderson's approach was unique in that it gave so many developer/employer scenarios, that one was able to work out any possible objections that could arise. The role play practices were wonderful and the creation of the activity planner is something that continues to be utilized in my office. Another plus about the EOPII system is that it taught you how to access the job market, the hidden job market-a place where our clients with barriers have more opportunity due to the decrease in competition. The system of how to break down or organize our caseloads into subcategories for placement (A, B, C, D) shows a counselor or employment coach what to focus on with those clients. It helped to not try to group all clients into one job placement category-it helps to make them more individualized. In conclusion, the EOPII approach allows us to match clients to jobs they really want to do and how to recognize that motivation is the key! Thank you to Mr. Allen Anderson for everything!!!
